Our approach to learning at Core Teaching Essentials has been developed through years of research and experience in a multitude of teaching environments. With this knowledge we’ve developed a system that helps students become confident critical thinkers, helping them excel no matter what path the future holds.
Our classes take place
once a week via Zoom
We have a range of classes at varying levels so we’ll always be able to find a space for your child.
Classes are small
Your child deserves direct attention and a nurturing to ensure they feel comfortable and have the room to express their thoughts. We keep our classes to a minimum of 12 students.
Homework is critical
to the CTE experience
We won’t shy away from the facts: your child will have a lot to do! Students are assigned writing homework for the week, multiple choice questions, tough vocabulary words, weekly discussion questions and lastly, an essay that finishes off each cycle.
The 1.5 hour classes
are interactive
Our experienced, friendly teachers work through the assigned chapters and homework with their students, helping them along the way to make sure that they get the most out of each class.
Stay as long as you want
Our 4-5 week cycles are aligned to how long it typically takes to complete a book. Stay for one cycle, or join us for many-they choice is yours!
